A good example of this iconic British bayonet.
The original grips have been replaced with wood.
Original manufacture date of 1883 at the ricasso. Clean blade with a plenty of original markings.
Unit markings to the hilt for 118 Battery RFA.
Marking of "2" on the tang, indicating conversion to the .303 carbine.
Scabbard absent.
