An early and completely untouched 1907 Pattern SMLE Bayonet. without clearing hole.
Unit marked "3.R.D.F." to the 3rd Royal Dublin Fusiliers.
This example produced by Sanderson, and dated 1915.
Housed in standard leather scabbard with steel mounts. Traces of the original brown finish to the rear of the scabbard, and a good amount of the original blueing to the top mount.
Recently uncovered, and in need of gentle cleaning, but should improve well.
