A very nice, fresh to the market, early and rare German K98 bayonet, with matching numbers, and dated frog.
Marked with the early makers code S/173G for Alex Coppel of Solingen. This was only used in 1935.
Matching numbers of 2189A to both bayonet and scabbard.
Scabbard fitted with an original frog. Makers details to the reverse, with a date of 1939.
A scarce, and completely untouched K98 bayonet, which has never been in a collection before.
