    An Imperial German S84/98 Dress Extraseitengewehr Bayonet by Carl Eickhorn of Solingen.

    Birds head pommel with functioning release catch, black chequered grips secured with three domed rivets.

    Bright blade measuring just under 10 inches covered in old grease with spear point. Makers marking of Carl Eickhorn's back to back squirrels above "C.E." used between 1906 until 1921.

    Housed in its black painted steel scabbard. Overall measures just under 16.5 inches.

    Good untouched condition.
