    About this item

A large paperwork grouping which belonged to Ronald A Woodward who was part of the RAF Signals Unit during the 1950s.

The grouping consists of a very large amount of paperwork, photographs and more as illustrated in the pictures. This includes paperwork relating to his time on Christmas Island in the late 1950s where he worked as part of Operation Grapple which was the joint British and American nuclear project test atomic and hydjoen bombs.

There is a huge amount in the grouping and more than could be photograped!

An interesting a historically signifacant group.
