A brooched example, retaining its original scrolled naming "5170 PTE W DAUBNEY 2ND BN K. O. SCO. BORD"
Generally very good condition.
Entitled to Clasps "Punjab Frontier" and "Tirah".
William Kent Daubney, born March 1876 and enllisted on the 14th January 1895, listed as a Baker by trade.
Recorded as Wounded (severely) by Gunshot at Shere Khan on 13/12/1897.
He was discharged at the end of his term of engagement on the 13th January 1907 as a Lance Corporal.
Accompanied by some digital copy paperwork substantiating the above.
