Early Military Kukri
A stunning late 19th/early 20thC military kukri.
Beautifully turned hardwood grip with domed pommel and central grip ring, steel bolster.
Single edged blade with double spine fullers. Blade covered in old grease lending a golden colour to one side, with a light coating of rust to the other. The blade is razor sharp, and has cut through the front seam of the scabbard.
Blade length 11.5 inches. No visible markings to blade or spine.
Scabbard of black leather with a wooden core. Khissa pouch absent, and the whole in need of some careful restoration.
