WW2 RAF Aircrew Flying Helmet Mask Combination Large Size
A very good condition used combination representing what a RAF aircrew would have worn mid to late WW2 Comprising: C Type Flying Helmet 2nd pattern tailored for internal wiring loom and elasticated chin strap. The rubber ear cups are good and the lining with a wear conducive with use. The leather retains a good original deep brown colour. This is a large size, Size 3 possibly 4.
G Type oxygen mask, this being complete with original elasticated web harness and all copper wires and rubber retainer loops. The mask with a small amount of service wear, remains in very good condition with no splits or damage.
Oxygen tube hose, rubber supple with wartime pattern brass connector with crowned AM Stamp. Retaining bull dog clip
A good matching set including the brown and flex colour wiring loom to helmet and mike.
Overall very good clean supple condition, some minor wear. Would be difficult to improve.
