    About this item

    Original US Army, WW2 era, shoulder sleeve insignia (SSI).  The patch would have been worn on the shirts and jackets of US GIs who served in this unit.  Original period item.

    This particular AAF patch is cotton sewn onto a light blue twill background and is believed to be theatre made, most likely from Australia.

    Shows slight discolouration and evidence of having been sewn to a uniform.
