    Victory Medal (Capt. F. G. Collins) A single Victory Medal awarded to Captain Francis Garland Collins serving with the Royal Army Medical Corps. Commissioned as temporary Lieutenant, London Gazetted 23rd June 1915. MIC record shows he entered the Salonica theatre of operations in June 1916. He was later promoted to Major in the RAMC. In the journal 'The Medical Directory' dated 1923 Francis Garland Collins was involved with the Tuberculosis Dispensary in Balaam Street, Plaistow. Loud Hospital in 1912 and a member of the British Medical Association, Medical diagnosis board West Ham. (with copy MIC, medal roll, medical roll and London Gazette 23 June 1915)
