WW1 Bournemouth Victory & War Medal Duo L/Cpl S.Miles Royal Engineers

For sale is a WW1 Bournemouth Victory & War Medal Duo To L/Cpl/ Spr S.Miles Royal Engineers.    The medal rims are engraved “496955 SPR. S.C.MILES. R.E”. Unfortunately both the medals are missing there ribbons.    Stanley Charles miles was born on the year 1877, in Bournemouth. Before enlisting he was living at the nook, Morley road, pokesdown, Bournemouth.    Unfortunately we’re not to sure when Stanley enlisted into the British army but he started at the rank of sapper and then was promoted to Lance Corporal. He was entitled to a ww1 war medal and a ww1 victory medal. He had two service numbers 496955 & 4296.   Stanley was discharged from the royal engineers on the 20th of February 1919.   Accompanying this medal is 4 scans of his service records.
