For sale is a WW1 British Victory Medal Gnr M Buckley Royal Artillery.
This ww1 victory medal is engraved “SR-3683 Gnr M Buckley RA”. Michael Buckley served with the royal garrison artillery and entered the French theatre of war on the 9th December 1914. Whilst serving in WW1 Michael was entitled and awarded a victory medal, British war medal and 1914-15 star. Unfortunately only his victory medal is present but is missing the ribbon. He was also awarded a silver war badge either due to being wounded or illness. This led to his earlier discharge on the 30th of the August 1917. Accompanying this medal is 2 scans of his service records. Upon payment please let me know if you would prefer digital scans or printed copies.
