An exceptionally nice and complete as issued, Bronze Grade (Second Class) Ostvolk Merit Medal (Ostvolkmedaille).
Constructed in a bronzed zinc the Medal retains all its original finish and along with its green horizontally ribbed ribbon and pin can justifiably be described as being in near mint condition. It remains complete with a full length ribbon, original wrapping and packet of issue.
Rare to find such a nice and complete example.
