A rare and unusual badge, silver plated with enamel decoration worn by a Staff Member. Retaining pin fitting to the reverse.
Length 4.5cm
The Society of British Aircraft Constructors was founded in 1915 representing the combined interest of the aircraft industry. In 1964 it changed its name to the Society of British Aerospace Companies. The organisation was closed up in 2009.
