About this item
A rare chance to purchase an original and unissued Commando Service Certificate issued to the Commandos shortly after the cessation of hostilities in WW11 and only the second I have seen both from a well know Special Forces Collection.
Measuring 215mm x 160mm the Certificate is in very good condition with one wrinkle at the lower left corner. The facsimile signature is that of Major General Robert Laycock Chief of Combined Operation between October 1943 – 1947.
The Certificate is of course guaranteed original and was at one point part of a Commando grouping.
