About this item
A very nice brass profile of a U-Boat mounted on a heavy Bakelite plate measuring approximately 400mm in length.
Although similar pieces are generally associated with U-Boat veteran associations I am of the opinion this is a WW2 piece judging by the use of Bakelite.
Overall condition is very good with no damage but there is evidence of horizontal feet once having been in place to allow free standing.
A useful backdrop to a U-Boat collection.
