    An original World War One era medal trio, comprising 1914 Mons Star, British War Medal and Victory Medal.  Good quality replacement ribbons. Correctly named as follows;

    Mons Star - S-21252 PTE M. M. SPARSHOTT. A.S.C.

    BWM and Vic - S-21252 CPL. M. M. SPARSHOTT. A.S.C.

    Matthew Sparshott's entitlement to the 14 Star trio is confirmed on the MIC, showing him arriving in theatre on 12 August 1914.  This also shows he served with the 25th Dept Unit of Supply.

    Sold with a WW2 era entitlement slip confirming entitlement to the Defence Medal and ERII era box of issue.
