    WW1 Machine Gun Corps Medal Pair & Silver War Badge.

    A good matching set awarded to “81659 PTE C.W. JEBSON MGC”.  
    Comprising:
    British War Medal, Victory Medal, original silk ribbons. Silver War Badge numbered B58295, complete with pin.

    Private Charles William Jebson is confirmed as being awarded the pair only. He originally enlisted into the East Yorkshire Regiment before transferring to the MGC. He was wounded on the 26th April 1917. He was discharged in October 1918 with the award of the Silver War Badge, the number on the badge is confirmed as correct.
