WW1 Dorset Regiment Officer’s Cap.
A superb example tailored in khaki doeskin material by Scott & Co of London makers to the King. The cap is of the regulation pattern with bronze OSD cap badge and thin brown leather chinstrap, the inner strap with eyelets. The interior with leather sweatband, silk lining and tailors label. One or two small surface mouth traces not effecting the appearance. The cap is a small head size, but is one of the best examples I have handled. A classic and superb tailored shape
