A good and scarce example tailored by Daniels&Co of Woolwich.
Dark blue cloth material with scarlet cap band with bullion staff officers badge. Patent leather peak cap with single row of bullion indicating a Field Officer. The leather chin strap secured with George V Royal Engineers small buttons.
The interior with cotton lining, green peak and a cloth sweatband, indicating WW1 manufacture.
Small areas of moth and age wear. Retaining a good shape.
