EARLY WW2 BRITISH ARMY OFFICERS PITH HELMET 1940 CODE + TIN

WW2 BRITISH ARMY OFFICERS PITH HELMET. A good Khaki Pith 'Wolseley' pattern helmet. Complete with  puggaree, RAMC Flash, leather eding and leather sweatband. War Department stamp to sweatband  Q over WD over 15 (date code for 1940). Hardly worn in very good condition with no breaks or soft areas and complete with storage tin.  Interior stamps, Vero of London and size label 6 7/8. Named to officer. Major Walker.
