A scarce example of the Boer War issue soldiers folding knife.
This example looks to have faint markings to the main knife blade. A through clean may reveal more.
The main blade un altered, with signs of sharpening. Strong spring with no movement when open. The marlin spike sits slightly askew when folded, slight wiggle when open. The horn grip scales in good condition.
A hard knife to find, and this example comes in good, untouched condition, which could be improved.
