Kukri for Restoration
Here we have a very nice private purchase kukri, dating from the 1930's/40's. It was in an unusual military leather sheath with integral frog, but due to poor storage this has crumbled. In the recent past somebody has attempted to repair some cracks in the grip. These repairs will need to wither be reversed, or finished off.
The kukri itself has a 13 inch sirupate blade with two spine fullers, showing signs of use and sharpening. The hardwood grip with a well carved floral grip ring. Unusual decrated brass bolster and a brass pommel cap.
Once the grip is fixed, this will be a very nice example.
Strictly over 18's only. Photo ID will be required before this item can be dispatched.
