A scarce original edition used by 2AM H.J Castle. This is the rarer edition with original blue card covers. Gives details of engines and rigging of various aircraft which include the DH4, Bristol Fighter, SE5a, Sopwith, Vickers FB9, etc. Photographic and fold out illustrations. Good clean edition.
131138 2AM Howard James Castle enlisted into the Royal Flying Corps 12th February 1918, transferring to the RAF on the 1st April 1918. Qualifying as an Aero Rigger he was transferred to the Reserve in 1919.
