For sale is an Antique 1890s Medical Wax Moulage With a Swollen & Discoloured Face, Sunken Closed Eyes Death Mask. This moulage is beautifully detailed and in excellent condition.   Wax medical moulages have been produced the last few hundred years for educational purposes. When a person would die of a disease, infection or illness a wax life sized copy of there face/ or body part of interest would be produced, these moulages would then be used to teach/ educate medical professionals of the time and future, many would also go into museums etc. These moulages could be made up with the victims real hair, teeth and eyebrows for a more realism to be achieved.    This will be dispatched via special delivery and dispatched within two working days.
