Hand made by Turkish prisoners to pass the time and earn an income in Prisoner of War camps. Green snake with amber zig zag stripe upon its back and white underbelly. Turkish Prisoner 1919 spelt out in words. Measures: 5 feet in length. The odd missing bead and a partial cut to one side (see image). Still very attractive.
