Bought recently with a large quantity of Sam Brown field equipment.

Two fixed clips with the third central which rotates, mounted to a removeable D ring attached to a belt loop.

Possibly for attaching a sword, or holster? Although in truth I have absolutely no idea what it is for. If anybody would care to enlighten me I would be most interested to know.

In good solid condition, the leather could use a feed.
