WW1 BRITISH ARMY OFFICER'S ‘COR BLIMEY’ TRENCH CAP  OF THE (KOYLI) KINGS OWN YORKSHIRE  LIGHT INFANTRY.

Original iconic WW1 British Army Officer's Khaki Trench cap better known as a ‘COR BLIMEY’. Made from medium  weight wool fabric in an unusual green /purple lish shade. Quilted lining , neck curtain, quilted sweatband and thin leather chin strap. The neck curtain unfolds with it's own material chin strap.
Belonged to an (unnamed) officer of the Kings Own Yorkshire Light Infantry. Quality cap made by Burberrys. In very good condition for its age,  (five small moth holes). Size 6 1/2.
