Khaki woollen single breasted open collar short blouse ,The collar with velvet and felt diamond collar patches . Patch chest pockets with buttoned flaps .Polish composite pattern buttons to the front and pockets . Both shoulders with white metal Officers rank stars . Both arms with embroidery "POLAND" Titles . The right arm with 8th Army bullion embroidery formation and the left arm with Polish 2nd corps embroidery formation badge .Left breast with Polish and English medal ribbons .Internal issue  label dated 1944 . Minor wear . Good 1940 pattern battledress jacket possibly his last walking out example.
