OTTOMAN TURKISH WW1 PRISONER OF WAR SNAKE. Hand made by Turkish prisoners to pass the time and earn an income in allied Prisoner of War camps. Amber snake with green zig zag stripes upon its back and white underbelly. Turkish Prisoner spelt out in words and the year 1917. Measures approx:100 inches (8 feet & 4 inches) in length. Condition is excellent (couple of missing white beads).
