An exceptionally nice and completely untouched 1915 dated German soldier's Belt and Buckle.

Never wiped, cleaned or treated, the leather remains supple, strong and still about 5mm in thickness. Stamped with the maker's name and 1915 date on the turnback at the catch end with the size 100 at the other. All stitching is firm and intact.

The steel Buckle is every bit as pleasing. Complete with it's tab it retains perhaps 80% of the original factory field grey paint with most of the loss limited to the top and bottom side.

It would be difficult to upgrade this example.
