Original 1960s British Military Khaki Drill Trousers

An original pair of British military khaki drill trousers dating from the 1960s.

These trousers are a well made pair, typical of the quality items purchased by many British officers. They are made from a tan khaki coloured cotton and feature a mid rise waist and button fly. The trousers feature twin pleats to the front, angled slash pockets to each hip, waist adjusters to the waist and a single rear pocket. All of these are common features to find on British made trousers from this period.

The trousers will suit someone of around a 32" waist depending on desired fit and when laid flat measures - 

Waist - 16 1/2"
Rise - 12"
Rear rise - 16"
Inside leg - 27"
Outside leg - 37 1/2"
Cuff - 8"

The trousers are in reasonably good condition with signs of wear and use. There is some minor soiling and stainingas can be seen in the pictures. Overall they are wearable but please bear in mind that these are vintage, pre-worn trousers.
