A mid to late war example of an unmarked Luftwaffe Fallschirmjager Qualification Badge in zinc.

Although suffering the usual loss to the silver and gold wash applied finish the badge is in generally very good condition but with, I believe, the rivets holding the eagle to the wreath period repaired suggesting this to be a true combat used piece.

To the reverse the barrel hinge, pin and hook are all in very good condition
