A very good clean example of the B Pattern Brodie helmet the shell made by Hutton & Sons Ltd of Sheffield with the steel supplied by Vickers (H.V). The shell retains its original green textured paint and the interior with oilcloth lining. Complete with original leather chinstrap, which retains a good colour and is supple.  The underside of the lining with the pink Brodie stamp. Cushion to the interior crown, covers the rubber ring, which is present. Small amount of moth to the felt cushion, otherwise a superb clean example of the pattern. Very difficult to better.
