Original American US World War Two Era Uniform Grouping, 8th Air Force

An original US WW2 era Enlisted Man's Ike jacket.  General good condition.  Tunic is furnished with an 8th Air Force patch on the left shoulder, with beautiful cross stitching.  Also benefits from two piece early war Branch of Service discs, ribbon bar including the EAME medal, sergeant stripes, ruptured duck and a Distinguished Unit Citation.  There are two overseas bars on the left sleeve. Slightly mothed in places.

 Obtained with two later Vietnam era Air Force shirts, one long sleeve, one short sleeve.

Originally purchased together from a sale in the area of a veteran named Ambrose Holtel.  It is believed the later shirts belonged to his son.
