Here is a lovely webley MkIV Snub nose Revolver, the MKIV webley was the standard service pistol for the British and Commonwealth forces.

The snub variant was typically used by tank crews and bren crews because of its compact size, it was also used by police forces during and after WW2.

The trigger moves and cycles the cylinder but the trigger and hammer mechanism do not work together.
