This unique jacket was once used by W.A. "Fingers" Laurie who was a Spitfire pilot with 610 sqn. He was wing man to the famous Johnie Johnson and succeeded him as CO of 610. The jacket is marked with his name on the back, although it is now faded. The jacket is in reasonable condition for its age and was used by its last owner when flying his Tiger Moth. There is a small tear on one shoulder and the shoulder seams are shoing signs of splitting. All zips are in working order.
