Here we have a beautiful No4 Lee Enfield manufactured by Long Branch in Canada under licence.

Dated 1944 this rifle may have been issued to Canadian forces or shipped to commonwealth forces.

The woodwork is in lovely condition and the mechanism is smooth.

The No4 like other Lee enfield rifles Chambers a .303 round fed from a 10 round box magazine.

The bolt opens and closes but doesn't cock and dry fire.
