Sand painted rough texture crown, rear of the brim with  small drilled holes to hold a linen neck flap ,Black treated linen liner ,the frame dated 1943 .Black felt crown pad .  Sprung webbing chinstrap . Some service wear and minor rusting with stacking stains to the crown. As used in the North Africa campaign
