Straight from the US this week, this lot comprises a British Made first aid pouch, stamped on the underside of the flap "M. E. Co. 1944 BRITISH MADE".  Overstamped with a laundry number 'D-1201'.  Good condition.  Complete with a green Carlisle pouch tin, unopened and produced by Handy Pad Supply Co. of Worcester, Mass.
