About this item
WW1 RNAS Pilots Cuff Eagles.
A good pair of Royal Naval Air Service Officer’s cuff eagles indicating a Pilot. Matching pair with three screw posts. Retaining back backing plate and nuts (one nut absent). GC.
The three screw post pattern is regarded as that worn on the RNAS uniform. This pattern was worn with the 1918 RAF pattern but usually two screw posts and a backing plate which would incorporate the crown.
