An original wartime economy metal and cloth Royal Navy Petty Officer's cap badge as worn on the peaked cap.
The badge is in good condition and displays well although it does have some gum stuck to the back. This was most likely used to mount the badge on a board and should be possible to remove with careful cleaning.
A nice original badge from the Second World War.
