About this item
An original United States Marine Corps yellow sports top dating from the 1950s.
This shirt is made from a yellow coloured rayon material and features contrasting red cuffs and crew neck. The letters 'USMC' are stitched to the front and the word 'England' has been stencilled to the rear. There are no labels inside the shirt but it will fit around a 38" chest depending on desired fit. When laid flat it measures -
Chest - 19 1/2"
Shoulders - 18 1/2"
Length - 25"
The shirt is in worn condition with some staining and a hole to the rear as illustrated. Please take time to study the pictures and bear in mind that this is a vintage, pre-owned item which has flaws commensurate with age.
A striking piece of mid Century sportswear with some nice details.
