This period pharmaceutical collectable is a WW2 British Home Front London, Midland & Scottish Railway Complete Paragon First Aid Kit. Every item in this first aid kit is in good condition and unopened. The bottom of the tin is impressed with LMS which stands for London Midland & Scottish Railway.
