    About this item

    A very good 1897 Pattern Infantry Sergeant's sword. This example has been updated during its working life to a George VI hilt for parade use. The blade is dated 1902, with a further inspection date of 1907.

    Shagreen grip bound with twistwire.

    The bright, plain 32.5 inch blade produced by Mole, with various inspection, broad arrow, and date markings at both ricasso's.

    Housed in its original brown leather field service scabbard.
