    About this item

An original white cotton nurses apron dating from around the 1930s and made my 'Lily White'.

This apron is typical of those worn by various nursing bodies in the 1930s and 1940s. Made from a lightweight white coloured cotton, the apron features a patch pocket to the front. The shoulder straps fasten at the rear with cotton covered metal buttons, typical of those found on workwear in the first part of the 20th Century.

The apron retains its original maker's label which reads 'Lily White Aprons' and features typically period graphics.

The apron is in used condition with some signs of wear and use and there some staining. Please study the pictures before purchasing.

All together a good original apron with a nice period label.
