A framed collection of items recovered from the crash site of Ju88A-1 3Z + FT of 9 staffel/KG 77, shot down on the 18th September 1940 by Hurricanes of 310 Squadron near Vange Creek, Basildon, Essex.
Nicely mounted and framed, the frame measuring 550mm x 450mm with slight scratches on the wooden surround.
I will ship and pack this item carefully but I cannot guarantee the glass with not arrive unbroken.
The events of the day are recordered in the book "Fighter Pilot Call to Arms, Defending Britain and France Against the Luftwaffe 1940" written by the Pilot who shot this aircraft down, Stanislav Fejfar, the book edited by Norman Franks and Simon Muggleton.
