Earl St Vincent's Medal, issued in 1800 for an incident at Nore. An unusual early medal given to members of the crew who served on John Jervis "Earl St Vincent" . The crew followed him from his flag ship "Victory" to Ville de Paris" and remained loyal to him during the mutiniy at the Nore 1797. Campaign: Mediterranean. Branch of Service: Royal Navy
Medal is mounted in silver rim glass mount. A handsome piece, mounted by a ring to a crimson ribbon on a hooked suspender.
