    About this item

An interesting, if slightly crude conversion of an 1888 MK II bayonet to a bowie type fighting knife.

The blade is now single edged, with the military markings filed away, although the X of the bend test still remains visible. The blade is heavily sharpened, although the point is now slightly rolled, it would be easy to correct, and wouldn't spoil the knives aesthetic appeal, as being so ugly, it doesn't have any! But having said that, a handy close quarter weapon, possibly converted for trench use.

Blade length now 7.5 inches, 11 inches overall.

Strictly over 18's only. Photo ID will be required before this item can be dispatched.
