About this item
An extremely rare, untouched, and completely original grouping, all dated 1915.
1907 Pattern Bayonet, 1915 dated, by Wilkinson. Regimentally marked to the pommel "4.CH 252" (4th Cheshires) housed in its brown leather scabbard, also dated 1915.
Mounted in its original 1914 pattern frog, maker marked "H.G. R. Ltd '15" with broad arrow and other markings to the rear.
Complete with its original 1914 Pattern leather helve carrier, maker marked "A.Wood Walsall, 1915".
I shall let the pictures do the talking, but needless to say the best example I have ever owned.
